Our Process
STEP 2We survey your property to assess and prepare for the electrical requirements and review the best pathways for delivery of the spa to your location. We check for possible obstacles to assure a smooth delivery to your location.
STEP 3Following the survey, we then schedule an appointment with you for the delivery and actual installation of your hot tub or spa.

Do you offer financing or other affordability options?
We have a wide range of pricing starting as low as $3,500. Discounts are available for veterans, first responders, educators, preferred customers and customers who have been recommended hydrotherapy by a medical professional. We also offer $0 money down and 0% interest financing. We also offer a trade in program to upgrade your old hot tub to a brand new Bullfrog Spa or Jacuzzi Hot Tub.
Do I need to be aware of any installation requirements?
You must have a dwelling.
Is warranty coverage available and what kind of terms are offered?
Jacuzzi offers 5 years on components, 7 Years on the shell and 10 Years on the structure.
Bullfrog offers 5 years on components, 7 Years on the shell and a Lifetime on the structure
What if I need repairs, or have a service issue?
We are available to service your warranty, repairs on existing spas and any ongoing service that you may need.
Who handles and oversees the installations - your own employees or do you contract to a third-party?
Advance Solar handles every aspect of your hot tub installation. From the selection process to placing your order to surveying your spa location to delivering your spa to making any electrical alterations to setting up your spa. We handle it all. We are Electrical Contractors and can handle everything required to get your spa project to completion
How does Advance Solar & Spa keep the customer in mind, and what sets your installations apart from other dealers?
We’ve been in business over 40 years, since 1983 and have been installing hot tubs and spas from day one. All of our installations are handled in-house by our own installers; we never use sub-contractors. We are also certified electricians which ensures a correct, quality installation. Many spa dealers are not certified as electricians, which can lead to various issues with your install and performance. We are trusted, certified, and experienced in all areas of hot tub installation.
After surveying the installation site, how do you manage inspections, possible screen-cage modifications and ensure a turn-key installation?
Our onsite surveys are to determine a multitude of things. We determine the best delivery route. We handle all screen work that would be necessary to place your spa. We estimate how much cardboard will be needed to protect your patio from scuffs. We analyze your landscaping to see if anything needs to be moved. We plan for any ramps, bridges or equipment that may be needed for your delivery and we design the perfect turnkey install for your project.
