STep by step installation
Our Process
STEP 1
After you’ve chosen the perfect hot tub with the right features to match your desired result, we arrange a date, according to your schedule, to survey your property.
STEP 2
We survey your property to assess and prepare for the electrical requirements and review the best pathways for delivery of the spa to your location. We check for possible obstacles to assure a smooth delivery to your location.
STEP 3
Following the survey, we then schedule an appointment with you for the delivery and actual installation of your hot tub or spa.
STEP 4
On the scheduled delivery date, we arrive on time to prepare the site and address and install any electrical requirements or adjustments. We get your spa plumbing set and make any final adjustments to complete installation of your hot tub. If you’ve got an old spa that needs removal, we take care of that for you.
STEP 5
Fill your hot tub with water, set to your desired temperature and let the relaxation begin!

We offer $0 money down and 0% interest financing options. We also offer a trade-in program to upgrade your old hot tub to a brand-new Bullfrog Spa or Jacuzzi Hot Tub. Discounts are also available for veterans, first responders, educators, and customers who have been recommended hydrotherapy by a medical professional.
Do I need to be aware of any installation requirements at my property?
We will visit your property before installation to complete a site survey. We will review your space, size, location and electrical demands to ensure a smooth installation experience. We also take your lawn and landscaping into account to make sure that these are not damaged.
Is warranty coverage available and what kind of terms are offered?
Jacuzzi® Hot Tub Warranty:
Jacuzzi® offers the best, most comprehensive hot tub warranty in the industry. Each collection has a specific warranty.
The general explanation of the Jacuzzi ® Brand warranty includes 7 Years on the shell and 10 Years on the structure.

What if I need repairs, or have a service issue?
Please contact us at Advance Solar & Spa to service your warranty, including questions, repairs or parts. Also, please contact us if you have any questions or need service on an existing spa.
Who performs and oversees the spa and hot tub installations - your own employees or do you contract to a third- party?
Advance Solar & Spa handles every aspect of your hot tub installation from start to finish. From the selection process, to placing your order, surveying your spa location, and delivering your spa. We do the complete installation, including plumbing and electrical. We are also licensed, certified electrical contractors, able to identify and correct any electrical issues involved in setting up your spa. Most other dealers are not licensed contractors, which can lead to a variety of issues and dangers. We take care of every aspect of your installation, efficiently, completely, and safely.
How does Advance Solar & Spa keep the customer in mind, and what sets your installations apart from other dealers?
We’ve been in business over 40 years, since 1983 and have been installing hot tubs and spas from day one. All of our installations are handled in-house by our own installers; we never use sub-contractors. We are also certified electricians ensuring correct, quality installations. Many spa dealers are not certified as electricians, which can lead to issues with your install and performance. We are trusted, certified, and experienced in all areas of hot tub installation.
After surveying the installation site, how do you manage inspections, possible screen-cage modifications and ensure a turn-key installation?
When we arrive to perform the onsite survey, we are there to determine a multitude of factors affecting your installation. We determine the best delivery route from our truck to your spa’s location. We handle screen or cage work that may be necessary to place your spa. We assess and prepare materials that may be needed to protect your patio, lawn, and landscaping from scuffs or damage. If ramps, bridges or equipment is needed for a smooth, proper delivery – we will design the perfect turnkey set-up for your installation.
